Here are some steps to prepare for your residency interview for The Match:

Research Programs: Thoroughly research the residency programs to which you have been invited for interviews. Understand their strengths, mission, location, and the types of clinical experiences they offer. This knowledge will help you tailor your responses during interviews.
Self-Assessment: Reflect on your own experiences, skills, and career goals. Be prepared to discuss your medical background, clinical rotations, research, and why you're interested in a particular specialty.
Review Your Application: Familiarize yourself with your ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) application, including your personal statement and letters of recommendation. Interviewers may ask about these materials.
