A block of rooms will be available to attendees at a discounted group rate of $299 until Wednesday, January 13, 2024. To receive the discounted group rate, lodging must be booked directly with the hotel.

Who Should Exhibit
Vendors that market educational texts, tools, and/or software solutions for undergraduate and graduate medical education settings are invited to apply. Non-profit organizations also are welcome. The IRMP reserves the right to review all exhibitor applications to determine whether a company and its goods/services align with conference objectives, and is solely responsible for determining the eligibility of any exhibit at its conference.
What is Provided
Exhibitor fees are $3,000 per booth and include one tabletop exhibit and two chairs, space for standing displays, and two complimentary conference registrations for exhibitor representatives. All exhibitors will be acknowledged on the program website, conference mobile app, and in handout materials.
